On this number DropWire sends marketing messages only: drop alerts, restocks, and digest updates related to the artists and brands you follow. DropWire is the sole sender; the artists and brands are only the alert topics, not senders. (Account verification codes are sent through a separate service and are not part of this program.)

This toll-free number sends marketing messages only: drop alerts, restocks, and digest updates. Consumers turn these texts on from a dedicated Text alerts screen in the app by checking a marketing opt-in box and tapping Save. It is optional and is not a condition of using DropWire; you can instead receive alerts by push or email. Consent is captured by the box itself, not through the Terms or Privacy Policy. Verifying your mobile number is a separate, transactional step on a different screen, and the one-time code is sent by a separate service, so it is not part of this program.

Consumers opt in inside the DropWire mobile app. Below is the Text alerts screen, where a person turns on marketing text alerts, reproduced here so the consent language and disclosures are publicly visible. (Verifying the mobile number is a separate transactional screen and is not shown here.)

The box is unchecked by default. It is optional: Save works whether or not it is checked, and you can receive alerts by push or email instead. The Terms and Privacy links are reference material and carry no consent.

Frequency varies based on how many artists and brands you follow and how often they drop. We cap alerts at a small number per day per subscriber, so your phone is never flooded.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. DropWire does not charge you for the text messages themselves.

Reply STOP to any DropWire text to stop SMS alerts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@dropwire.live. You can also manage or disable alerts at any time in the app.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
